How Do I Start?

You've heard me say it before...

83% of people don't belong to a gym.

Why?

It's scary and change is hard.

With any change, you're trying to make there is only one thing you can do...

Just start.

"How many days a week should you work out?"

Just start with one and go from there...

"How much protein should I get a day?"

Just start by making it a focus and go from there...

Whether it's joining a gym, changing your nutrition, mixing up your exercise routine, or making a change in your relationship...just start.

I know it's easier said than done but remember the saying...

"Make it simple but not any simpler."

Don't get caught in the education consumption, analysis paralysis, perfectionism breeds procrastination world.

How was the wall built?

One brick at a time.

It can get daunting when you have to build this big wall (no political jokes here), but all it starts with is one brick.

We are all constantly striving to get 1% better.

My goal is to empower you just enough to do that 1%, do that one thing, take that one step towards that change you're trying to make, in whatever facet of life it is.

That's all it takes.

All you're doing is getting the snowball going.

Now, the cool thing is, once you get it going, it keeps rolling into a bigger snowball, and it continues to gain momentum.

I can throw a thousand analogies at you, but my goal is that the premise of it sticks.

Maybe one analogy resonates with you more.

Just remember this...

"A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step."

So stop asking yourself "how do I start?"

Just do one thing, 1% better.

The rest will start to fall into place from there...
