The core of your experience here at Spurling is built around five programs, we call it the S5 method.
It’s these programs and the coaching, accountability, and community that go behind them that are the foundation of your transformation that you will see and feel.
Most clients participate in all five programs throughout their journey, and we help guide you on that decision based on your goals and abilities.
STRONG
In a Small Group Personal Training setting clients follow customized routines to work on their strength and injury prevention. This takes all the benefits of 1:1 personal training and puts it in a small group (6-8 clients) format so that we can give proper spacing out of clients, no sharing of equipment, and provide the best coaching and customization.
There is no need to worry about what or how to do things. A coach is by your side every step of the way, they build out your routine, a new one each month, track progress and performance, and take notes and make modifications around your injury.
SWEAT
To complement STRONG, it’s important to work on your cardiovascular health and boost that metabolism. This is not your cookie-cutter class, this is personal training in a small group setting, again 6-8 clients under the direction of a coach. This allows us to keep the routine appropriate to you, space people out appropriately and not require you to share equipment.
Together you’ll work through your customized cardio coaching plan, burning calories, and improving your stamina. Similar to STRONG, coaches will monitor progress, track your performance, and modify around injuries.
STRETCH
The third offering is focused on all of the things we know we should do, but don’t take the time to do. In our STRETCH sessions we slow things down, stretch out, work on mobility, soft tissue work, yoga moves, and overall recovery.
These sessions are 45-50 minutes long and as with all programs, are coach-led, and scaled to your abilities.
STRATEGIZE
The fourth pillar of S5 hits on the accountability piece of your journey. These are 1:1 personal accountability and “problem-solving” meetings with a coach. You use this time to check-in, track habits, create a game plan, stay accountable, and for your in-person ones, we can also do an InBody body composition scan to track and graph your results
These can be done in-person, over the phone, or video via Zoom.
STREAM
STREAM includes daily LIVE workouts you can sign up for with a coach, just like you do in the facility. All the workouts are also recorded so that you can access them 365 days a year, 24/7, on a client-only portal.
We also offer fun things like online cooking classes, a book club, online game nights, seminars, and hangouts.
All clients get unlimited sessions of STREAM as part of their membership, and it stands alone as a membership option for those who don’t want to come into our facility.
