8 Week Nutrition Challenge

Every day when you come in the gym you’ll advance on the chalk game board based on how many points you’ve earned in total so far.
To make things even more fun we’re asking everyone to make their own paper 2X2 game piece for us to tap up on the game board! (You can drop it off with Brian & Melanie at the front desk)
The more consistent you are, the more points you get and the higher your piece moves on the gameboard!
