Weekend Warrior At Home Workout

Boy did that fly by, huh?

We're heading into the last weekend of February. 

16% through the year.

I'm headed over to the University to teach this morning, and then do some car shopping for Megan, but before I punch out for the weekend I wanted to make sure you had a killer at home workout to do if you were feeling ambitious this weekend.

Here it is:

Prisoner Squats: 8-12 Reps

Lying Hip Thrusts: 8-12 Reps

Renegade Row Plank: 8-12 each side

Inchworms: 8-10

Jumping Jacks: 15-20

Bear Crawl: 10-15 steps

Treat it like a circuit style workout.

Go through all six exercises once. 

That's one round. 

Rest as needed, probably a solid 2-3 minutes.

Repeat as you can handle, 4-6 times will get the sweat dripping pretty good.
