Reignite The Flame...

I love burning candles in the house...

It's not just the smell, but the "feeling" they put off around the house.

Especially this time of year.

As with everything, there's an analogy in their with fitness...

Do you expect the candle to just keep burning?

Maybe something causes it to go out.

Maybe you blow it out or put a lid on it.

And you have to reignite the flame...

Well, I'm challenging you, if you want to accept, to reignite your own personal flame.

Just like a candle, you can't be "on fire" burning all the time.

You'll get burnt out (pun intended).

But every once in awhile, you realize the flame hasn't been burn in a long time, things start to get stale, and you reignite the flame.

Let's reignite the flame of your fitness and nutrition journey!

How?

I can't answer the answer specifically for you, but I can give you some tactics.

I believe it starts with finding your WHY...

Why are you doing all of this?

What are you looking for?

Why is that important to you?

What will that mean when you get there?

If you can answer all four of those questions I can all but guarantee you'll have reignited your flame.

You see, when someone is feeling "stale" or bored, they tend to go after the new and shiny objects.

Maybe if I try this new piece of equipment or new workout...

Maybe if I try this new diet...

That's kind of like a band-aid.

It covers it up, and it may temporarily fix it, but the deep down surface still needs to be taken care of.

Start from the inside out.

Why is all of this important to you, and what does it mean when you achieve it?

Spend some time reflecting on that question as we go through the holidays, and I know your flame will be burning strong.

1% better, right?
