We're looking to hire someone to head up our Customer Experience.  

You’ll be the first person people see when they walk in the door, and it will be your job to start them off on the right foot, to make that solid first impression! We have a great team here that is caring, empathetic, compassionate, and most importantly, passionate about changing lives.

We're looking for someone who has great people skills, has an extroverted personality, can multi-task well, is obsessive and detail oriented in their work, and someone who wants to be a part of a rapidly growing small business.  A background or education in our industry isn’t necessary; however the ideal candidate will have an interest in fitness and a desire to encourage and motivate people.

Your daily routines would include greeting clients, scheduling training sessions and other appointments, e-mails, phone calls, data entry, marketing tasks, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and most importantly assuring that the hour that each client was here, was the best hour of their day!

This is a full-time position. The hours do have some flexibility and there is also opportunity for some hours to be completed from home.
