What's Your Story?

We all have our stories...

Whether it's losing a parent, fighting a battle, or growing up in an abusive household...

We all have our unique experiences that make us who we are today.

I think it's important to share your story when you're ready.

It helps your friends, family, and people who matter most to you in your life connect with you more.

Today, I'm honored to share Coach Kim's story.

For those who have been following our stuff for awhile now, you know how much of an asset Kim has been to the Spurling Team.

Becoming the fifth coach, the first female coach at Spurling, and ten years older than the rest of the coaches, she has done a great job fitting right in, bringing an incredible smile to our clients faces every day.

She's constantly walking around the gym floor with a smile on her face.

However, it hasn't always been that way...

Today I wanted to share wit you Coach Kim's story and her battle with depression.

Check out this raw and authentic piece here: It took 15 years and a failed run to understand how depression was affecting my life

Hopefully, this challenges you to share your story.

We all have one.

I'll be back tomorrow.

Dedicated to Your Success,

Doug Spurling
