Weekly Challenge...

There are eight weeks left in 2017.

I don't want to just keep saying "finish strong."

I want to help you. 

I had the idea of a weekly challenge...

Every Monday, for the remaining eight weeks, I'm going to give you a weekly "challenge" of sorts. 

It could be something nutrition related...

It could be something fitness related...

Maybe it will fall under the "other stuff" category...

But it will give you a focus for the week. 

If you want to participate it's up to you, it's 100% free. 

I won't know if you don't participate, but I can bet those that do will get much better results in the remaining eight weeks of the year. 


Each Monday I'll e-mail you over a challenge for the week. 

You focus on that for the week, and then the following Monday we'll move on to the next challenge. 

Get hyper-focused on that one goal, knowing it will never be 100%, and then move onto the next week's challenge.

The first #weeklychallenge is...


The mother of all things nutrition. 

This weeks challenge is to get at least 100 grams of protein every day, including the weekend :)

Aim for things like eggs, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, meats, quinoa, lentils, or even a protein shake. 

100 grams a day. 

Simple, yet effective. 

That's the first #weeklychallenge.
