3x3 Method

We talk about getting 1% better here at Spurling. 

Meaning, it's not about the quick-fixes or this final destination, it's about getting a little better everyday, and finding something you love so that you never have an end to the journey. 

It goes on to infinity, hence our logo. 

But what happens when we can take that 1% and multiply it times 3?


Imagine if you were able to get 3x better results. 

Well, you can if you're laser focused. 

We'll call it the 3x3 method. 

Every day get laser focused on 3 things:

1. Movement

2. Nutrition

3. Mindset

Pick one action for each of those categories you're going to do today.

Execute that every day and you'll be 3% better every day. 

3x the results!

For example, under movement that could be your workout at Spurling, getting a walk in at lunch, taking the dog for a walk after work, or hitting an at home workout in the living room after the kids go to bed. 

For nutrition, that could be making one "upgrade" in your diet today. Instead of picking up the bagel and cream cheese you go for the greek yogurt and fruit instead. Or, instead of having that piece of chocolate at 9 pm you go for a glass of water instead. 

For mindset, it's picking one thing to do for YOU. This could be 5 minutes of silence in the car with no radio, this could be meditation, or it could be doing an entry in your gratitude journal. Whatever it is, it's just one thing, that is focused o YOU. We're busy, we're always taking care of everyone else, but for 5 minutes spend some time on you. 

That's it. 

Is it simple? 


Is it easy?


It's all about action and execution. 

1% better is great because even if you pick one of those things to execute on daily you'll be moving in the right direction. 

However, if you're ready to triple down, get 3x the results, pick one action item for each category and execute on it.
