10-Minute Bodyweight Workout

It's a dreary Wednesday morning here in Maine...

I'm getting ready to head into the gym for our team meetings. 

Each week I spend 15-30 minutes with each team member 1:1, checking in on how things are going, how their personal life is, and seeing if there is anything I can do to help. 

Honestly, it's one of my highlights each week. 

But anyways...

I know in August especially, getting to the gym can be tough. 

You have vacations, traveling, family up visiting, and a million other things going on. 

Sometimes, whether traveling or stuck at home, you just need a quick workout you can do to keep the snowball rolling. 

You see, these quick 10-15 minute at home workouts certainly don't have the same outcome as a full 45-60 minutes workout with a coach, but they do one thing. 

They keep the snowball rolling...

They stack another win...

They keep the momentum going...

Because as you know, once you're off track, it's hard to get back on track. 

So don't think of this quick 10-minute workout as a home run, just think of it as keeping the momentum going on the journey of success :)

Here's a quick 10-minute workout you can do in your living room, hotel room, or even outside on the beach.
